KRM in the News

Living in the Fairgrounds was the best experience of my life. I was treated with respect, always had food and a hot shower. Met some of the most remarkable people on this Earth. Kitsap Rescue Mission, in my opinion should be a model for every city, county, state and federal government of the homeless situation. I was able to work, I got myself out of that life. Few understand the struggle that we have endured. The most real people I have ever met were on the streets and I will always cherish the memories, and do everything I can to serve them now.
